Linda McDowell

Linda McDowell has over 10 ten years of real estate experience. Linda's career in real estate started out as an investor in 2003. Her primary goal at that time was to the buy and hold .Then as equity was building she would sell so that she could fund her children's college education. She was able to acquire several investment properties and continues to self manage these properties. She was able to accomplish this all while working full-time as a Family Nurse Practitioner and raising 2 daughters. She has been practicing Nursing since 1987. In 2005,  Linda's passion for real estate grew and she decided that she would trade in her hat as Linda McDowell, the investor, for Linda McDowell, the agent. She is experienced in residential listings and sales. She was a licensed agent with Remax from 2005-2009. She is now proud to represent the Exit brand. Also known as Your Real Estate MD,  Linda McDowell's many years of experience as a nurse practitioner coupled with her experience as and investor and agent has helped her to develop some of the best qualities that you could as for in an agent.
